So in my quest to avoid the noise I sat and pondered what it was I really needed every-time I booked onto a new course, attended an event or watched a guest speaker.
Was it the information they were sharing? Sometimes.
Was it time away from my business? Sometimes.
Was it validation for where I was and what I was doing? Sometimes.
Or was it the to do list I came away with, the accountability that if I've spent my time somewhere that I should plan, create and execute all the new ideas? Absolutely!
I always learn something even if its just a hint or tip, but what I enjoy most is the rush of ideas, the to do list I create myself of things that i will implement and then the sense of accomplishment when I actually do it.
I use the word actually because how often do we create that list and think of all the stuff that needs to be done and then run out of time or motivation to do it! Just me? I think not.
The more I spoke to the people around me the more I realised that I wasn't alone.
Enter That Accountability Collective.
THIS IS NOT A COURSE!
This is a check in, a nudge, time spent planning and holding yourself accountable. We are skipping the info part. Why? Because you know what the fuck you need to do! You have it in you already. You've already started a business, you're already earning money for yourself on your terms. You've already done all of the things you think you should be doing to run a successful business. You're just you're own boss, and whilst that's awesome it's also a little bit overwhelming.
This is a supportive session where you take time to plan your week talk about what you want to achieve and then return each week to iron out what went well, whats needs improvement and what you need to do next.
